How To Get The Best Pittsburgh Penguins Tickets

Posted on Mon, 2006-07-24 19:58 byadmin

Pittsburgh Penguins tickets can be obtained many ways. Primary ticket sellers like the Penguins themselves and Ticketmaster typically have tickets. The prices are usually the best around, but the best seats in the arena may no longer be available.

Sometimes, a better choice is buying from a secondary ticket broker. Brokers buy spare tickets and resell them for a higher price. They're called scalpers when they sell them right outside of a venue, but many brokers run legitimate businesses from offices across the country. The prices may be somewhat higher, but the choice of seats is usually better than anywhere else, including the Penguins.

I have been very happy with all of my purchases from brokers. I like brokers because they sell great seats to those who are willing to pay the most for them instead of whoever asks first. I prefer to pay more in order to sit close to the ice. Some of the better broker websites I've found for Pittsburgh Penguins tickets are:
TicketLiquidator.com
Ebay.com
Stubhub.com
Hailstorm.com

Classified ads sometimes have Pittsburgh Penguins tickets as well. Getting tickets directly from a person is risky because security measures don't exist like they do for primary or secondary sellers. However, you may be able to get cheap tickets, especially just before the game happens. Some good classified listings are:
Craigslist.org
USTBA.com

So remember, if you just want to get in to the game, primary sellers like the Pittsburgh Penguins or Ticketmaster are the way to go. For better seats, brokers like TicketLiquidator or Ebay can't be beat. Let's go Penguins!
